Your only responsibility is to send us your records. We’ll do the rest!
Prepare and ship your physical legacy records, in any format, including microfilm, microfiche, aperture cards, and paper to Parchment.
Next, we scan the records and index key data points including first name, middle, last, date of birth, student ID, last 4 of SSN, and grad year.
Ensuring accuracy is key. We run Quality Assurance (QA) tests 3 times throughout our process, including a review done with you, to affirm the records have been properly indexed and are of high quality.
Receive your newly digitized and indexed files via an SFTP for you to keep. We also give you the chance to store records in Parchment. We’ll create a roster of your learners, so that when new requests come in, you can auto-match based on the indexed data and learner profile, saving you even more time in your search.
Choose what you want to do with your legacy records. We can return them all to you or destroy them. And we don’t just shred your records—we incinerate them and provide you with a certificate of destruction.
